shouldn’t wait.
For lift station fence installation in Tampa and the surrounding communities, Florida State Fence delivers secure, professional enclosures that protect utility infrastructure and meet local code. We serve customers throughout Central Florida from our Tampa and Ocala office locations.
Lift stations move wastewater from lower to higher elevations, and protecting them is a priority for municipalities, developers, and private property owners alike. A properly installed lift station fence prevents unauthorized access, reduces the risk of equipment damage or vandalism, and provides a clean, professional look for visible utility areas. Whether your station is inside a residential development, on a resort, or in an agricultural zone, we help you choose a fencing solution that fits your site, matches your goals, and complies with local codes.
Secure. Durable. Built for Florida Utility Sites.
Lift Station Fence Materials
We install lift station fencing in several materials, each suited to different security, aesthetic, and code requirements. All materials can be built to the height needed for your security and screening requirements. We also integrate keypad entry, card readers, and other gate access controls so authorized personnel can enter without compromising site security.
The most common material for Florida lift station fences. Available in galvanized steel or vinyl-coated finishes in green, black, or brown, and easily upgraded with privacy slats, windscreen fabric, or barbed and razor wire for added security.
A strong option for lift stations near residential communities. Aluminum offers an upscale look with low-maintenance, long-lasting performance.
Solid, clean-looking, and low-upkeep. Vinyl fencing is ideal when you want to fully screen the station from view without ongoing maintenance.
A premium fencing material made from recycled wood and plastic by Barrette Outdoor Living through SRF Fencing.
Versatile in design and available with decorative elements that match the style of existing perimeter fences on the property.

About Our Lift Station Fencing
Our lift station fences are engineered to handle Florida’s toughest conditions: salt air, high humidity, heavy rain, and hurricane-force winds. We work with materials proven to last in our climate, and every fence is built to give owners and operators long-term peace of mind.
We install lift station enclosures for a wide range of commercial applications, including municipal utility sites and pump stations, agricultural and nursery operations, industrial facilities and warehouses, hotels, resorts, and theme parks, and residential property developments. Our team also builds special enclosures for equipment or dumpsters located near the lift station, so the entire footprint can be secured under one project.
As a local Tampa fencing company, we understand what utility fences need to do in Florida. Our custom lift station enclosures don’t just look professional, they deliver the security and durability the site requires.
Lift Station Fencing FAQs
What type of fencing is best for securing a lift station?
Chain link is the most common choice for lift station enclosures because of its strength, visibility, and long-term value. For sites near residential neighborhoods or with stricter aesthetic requirements, aluminum, vinyl, or Trex composite may be a better fit.
How tall should a lift station fence be?
Most lift station fences are 6 to 8 feet tall. Taller enclosures, or fences with barbed wire, razor wire, or privacy slats, may be recommended depending on the site's location, security needs, and local code requirements.
Can Florida State Fence add security features to a lift station enclosure?
Yes. We install barbed wire, razor wire, privacy slats, windscreen material, and integrated access controls like keypad entry and card readers. These upgrades can be combined based on the security level required.
How long does it take to install lift station fencing?
Most lift station enclosures take one to three days to install, depending on material, site conditions, and the size of the enclosure. We provide a clear timeline during your consultation.
Do you install lift station fencing for new developments?
Yes. We regularly work with developers, general contractors, and municipalities to install lift station fencing in new residential communities and commercial properties across Central Florida.
Do you install lift station fencing for both public and private utility sites?
Yes. We work with municipalities, utility contractors, HOAs, developers, and private property owners. Our team is familiar with the code and access requirements that apply to public utility infrastructure as well as privately owned pump stations.

I honestly do not know how I would’ve gotten through this fence experience with Lowe’s without Jamie Leonard aka the Fence Angel, she has seriously made the process as smooth as can be. We had a lot of communication problems with Lowe’s that Jamie kept working on so hard to fix it and to get my fence installed, before during and after. Everything I needed was taken cared of! It’s the straightest most beautiful fence I have ever had installed and they will be the company I have back to do the other side!Posted on Google![]()
